BETWEEN LIGHT AND SILENCE, EVERY MOMENT BECOMES ETERNAL IN THE METAMORPHOSIS OF A LEGENDARY CHAMPAGNE.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an age of constant connection, of a frantic pursuit of instantaneity, of relentless frenzy, the concept "Only Time is ours"\u2014so aptly summarized by Seneca\u2014seems to slip through our fingers like grains of sand in an hourglass. Transforming into an essence even more impalpable and evanescent than it already is in everyday life. While everything around us seems to flow at breakneck speed, demanding an immediate reaction to the stimuli we receive, waiting, patience, and perseverance no longer seem to be virtues. But how many times, in the fervent anticipation of the arrival of something desired, have we not perceived Time as something immobile? Time that flows, Time that seems to stand still: it is in this hypnotic alternation between stasis and movement that the course of our lives is determined. But also that of a History. Like that of a legendary Champagne: Dom P\u00e9rignon.<\/strong> For the House of Hautvillers,<\/strong> Since its founding, the creative ambition that has guided its philosophy has been the relentless pursuit of harmony as a source of emotion. Every creative process has its constraints, and for Dom P\u00e9rignon, that constraint is the vintage: an absolute commitment to witnessing the harvest of one and only one year, whatever the challenge, including agreeing not to declare a vintage if the quality of the grapes does not reflect the style and criteria established by the Maison. And here, Time once again plays a fundamental role in the Dom P\u00e9rignon equation. The time it takes to develop the wine on the lees and to rest in the cellars Hautvillers<\/strong> represents an interpretative challenge for the Chef de Cav<\/strong>e. Challenge because the evolution of wine does not occur in a linear way, but undergoes a series of metamorphoses that enhance its characteristics and reveal new facets: these are the Pl\u00e9nitude<\/strong>, windows of expression that reveal a new, more assertive Champagne identity, integrating an additional element into the spirit of the vintage. Dom P\u00e9rignon Vintage requires at least eight years of elaboration to achieve the Maison's aesthetic ideal. In the darkness of the cellars, each Vintage undergoes a slow transformation in the bottle, in contact with the lees, to achieve the harmony that is the hallmark of Dom P\u00e9rignon. It is there that everything happens, with great precision, on the edge of extraordinary balance. For each Vintage, from its creation, a limited number of bottles are set aside in the cellars, predestined for a longer maturation. Benefiting from this greater amount of Time, the activity within the bottle increases. The yeasts transmit their energy to the wine, giving it a new, mysterious, and fascinating life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After at least 15 years of repose, the expansion of Energy reaches its peak and Dom P\u00e9rignon reaches a pinnacle of essential and radiant vitality. Elevated to new heights, it unfolds in all dimensions\u2014wider, deeper, longer\u2014embodied with a new, extended longevity. This new pinnacle is called Pl\u00e9nitude 2<\/strong>, the second life of Dom P\u00e9rignon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time thus becomes the driving force of a living process. Dom P\u00e9rignon Ros\u00e9, on the other hand, was created to push the limits of creation. It reflects a profound impulse that questions everything, embraces risk, experiments freely, and always pushes forward. Dom P\u00e9rignon Ros\u00e9 expresses the timeless desire to explore the boundaries of possibility, to dare, capturing the red splendor of Pinot Noir in a bold and assertive blend.
Tempered by a slow transformation in the cellar over nearly 12 years, Dom P\u00e9rignon Ros\u00e9 vibrantly embodies light and darkness, a dedication to creation and the radical exploration of new possibilities.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
