The 2025 edition, already sold out, once again underscores the event&#039;s strategic importance for design business and culture. President Maria Porro highlighted imagination as the driving force for change, announcing a high-level cultural program. Highlights include: <em>Mother<\/em> by Robert Wilson, a work inspired by the <em>Stabat Mater<\/em> by Arvo P\u00e4rt, which will be hosted at the Museo della Piet\u00e0 in the Sforza Castle. Wilson will also be the protagonist of a special event at the Teatro alla Scala with <em>The Night Before. Object Chairs Opera<\/em>, accompanied by the Orchestra of the Teatro alla Scala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A major new development is the debut of the Euroluce International Lighting Forum, a platform dedicated to lighting with conferences and workshops featuring prominent figures such as DRIFT and Kaoru Mende. The Salone&#039;s communication is being revamped with the campaign <em>Thought for Humans<\/em> by Dentsu Creative Italy, which celebrates the role of design by placing humanity and materials at the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A significant milestone is the 25th anniversary of SaloneSatellite, celebrated with a visual encyclopedia dedicated to young talents under 35. Meanwhile, the Salone&#039;s international tour will visit North America, Canada, and Europe to strengthen the design industry&#039;s global network. With 65.31% of visitors from abroad, Milan is ready to welcome an increasingly international audience.
